McKee successfully helped the North Harris County Regional Water Authority 25B with their plans to construct an 84-inch waterline along the Centerpoint Energy Northbelt Corridor. The project consisted of 8,786 LF of 84-inch diameter welded steel water pipeline in an easement between two high voltage electrical transmission lines and also included 1,296 LF of 108-inch diameter tunnel installed below major thoroughfares in north Houston, the installation of two 84-inch diameter butterfly valves, precast concrete vaults for valve operators, and 7 EA access manways and 6 EA combination air release valves in precast concrete vaults.

Plus, 1,296 LF of 108-inch diameter tunnel was installed beneath major thoroughfares in north Houston. The project was completed safely, on time, and within budget, with no injuries or lost days, delivering treated water to municipal utility districts serving over 700,000 residents in north Harris County.
